My friend Jenny came over and made me this smoothie, and it turned out incredible (thanks Jenny!) The cucumber and ginger give this smoothie a really refreshing taste… I think it may be my new fave š
Makes: 2- 3 servings
What you’ll need:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cucumber (buy organic and leave the skin on… it’s good for you! If you don’t buy organic, scrub well or skin the cucumber to lower the level of pesticides you’re ingesting)
- A one-inch piece of ginger, finely grated
- 8 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
To make: blend, serve and enjoy!
