Vegan Ranch Dressing

Last weekend I experimented with cauliflower hot wings & a homemade ranch dressing. While my wings were good, they were definitely not blog-worthy but the homemade ranch dressing was REALLY good 🙂 This ranch dressing is super easy to make and is perfect for salads and a dip for chopped vegetables.

Makes: About 4 servings

What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup veganaise (soy-free)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened regular almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp iodized salt
  • A few pinches of black pepper

To Make:

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. I love how easy it is to make!

These were the start of the cauliflower buffalo wings (before baking). I am going to re-make them with some changes that I’m pretty sure will take them from ‘so so’ to ‘holy moly those are good!’
