These made the best little picnic breakfasts the other day!
Makes: 2 servings
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup vanilla chia nut granola cereal (or your favorite granola)
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (I love the So Delicious brand)
- 2 cups fresh berries (I used organicĀ raspberries, blueberries & blackberries from my local farmer’s market)
To Make:
Rinse berries & chop them up on a cutting board.
In a mason jar, layer coconut yogurt, chopped berries & granola. Twist on your lid, throw it in a cooler and take it to the park & enjoy with a good book š
