Southwest Veggie Burger Wraps

This is more of a product review than a recipe (but I included the recipe too). Sometimes if I’m working a lot or feeling lazy, I want a 10-minute meal that is healthy and will fill me up. ‘Just Peachy’ Grilled Cheeze

This sandwich was just peachy (literally). I had it for dinner but could easily eat this for breakfast too + it’s really simple to make. Peaches are in season so stock up and eat them while you can. It also makes a great snack spread onto crackers. It’s soy and gluten-free too for all of those with food allergies/intolerances. I will be posting a heartier version in the coming weeks for a tuna melt and also a nicoise salad 🙂
